Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") define the terms and conditions for using the "Muse" application (the "App") provided by the App developer (the "Developer"). By installing or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms constitute a valid contract between the user and the Developer upon installation, launching, or use of the App.

Article 2 (App Download and Installation)

The App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Use requires a compatible device and internet connection. Data communication fees are the user's responsibility.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

Account registration is required to use some features. Please provide accurate information. Users are responsible for managing login credentials. Minors must obtain consent from parents or legal guardians.

Article 4 (In-App Purchases)

Billing is processed through Apple/Google. Purchases are processed immediately, and cancellation or refunds are not allowed after the transaction. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled 24 hours prior to expiration.

Article 4-2 (Advertising and Reward Functions)

1. Third-party advertisements may be displayed. 2. The App may offer "Reward Functions" where users temporarily unlock restricted features by completing video ad views. 3. Developer assumes no responsibility or compensation for ad playback failures or failure to unlock features due to network or inventory issues.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not: share or resell the App; reverse engineer or disassemble; use cheat or hacking tools; post fake reviews; interfere with other users; distribute malware; infringe on intellectual property rights.

Article 6 (Device Permissions)

App may request camera, microphone, location, storage, contacts, and notification permissions. These can be toggled in device settings.

Article 7 (Data Usage)

App requires internet connection. Communication fees are the user's responsibility.

Article 8 (Updates)

Regular updates are provided. Important updates may be mandatory to continue using the App.

Article 9 (Suspension and Modification of Service)

Service may be modified or suspended without notice for server maintenance, force majeure (fire, power outage, natural disasters), or legal requirements.

Article 10 (Usage Restrictions and Account Suspension)

Upon Terms violation, Developer may restrict App usage, suspend or delete account, or suspend Paid Services without prior notice.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Developer or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission is prohibited.

Article 12 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

1. Developer does not guarantee Bug-free operation. Developer is not liable for device failure, data loss, third-party service failures, or network issues. 2. Developer is not liable for advertisements' link destinations. 3. Total liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

Article 13 (Withdrawal and Uninstallation)

Account deletion and uninstallation can be performed at any time. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled in app store settings.

Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district or summary court having jurisdiction over Developer's location.

Article 15 (Changes to Terms of Service)

Terms may be modified. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Article 16 (Privacy Policy)

Handling of personal information is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
